Parents collect their babies who died in New Delhi fire

Grief-stricken parents were filmed leaving a morgue carrying the bodies of their newborn children who died in a fire at a New Delhi neonatal hospital. Police have arrested the facility’s owner and chief doctor for endangerment and negligence.
